You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on thedhatri.com that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page. Items are returnable if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on The Dhatri.

We accept COD(Cash On Delivery), RazorPay, Paypal.

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact support@thedhatri.in notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
